Babler State Park

Babler is a heavily forested park in the rugged Missouri hills. This park contains tennis courts, a nature and visitor center, a bike trail, and horse back riding is available.

Buder County Park

Highway 44 splits this park into two distinctly different park sites. Upper Buder is south of Highway 44, and lower Buder (next to the Meramec River) is north of Highway 44. The Buder County Park maintains a model-airplane facility, a target range, lighted ball fields, shelters, picnic sites, and playgrounds.

Castlewood State Park

Castlewood's main attractions stem from the Meramec River, which flows through the park, and the magnificent white limestone bluffs that soar high above the river. This park is ideal to observe nature, hike, bike, and picnic. Both paved and dirt/mountain trails are available for bikers. Also Castlewood contains a boat ramp to the Meramec River allowing visitors to enjoy the nautical aspects of the park.

Drewel Park
Located on Hill Drive in Shaws Garden Subdivision.

This park maintains a tennis court, handball courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, ballfield, pavilion w/grills, restroom and playground.

Lions Park:
Located on the east side of Bald Hill Road.

This park maintains two lighted tennis courts, two lighted ballfield, two unlighted ballfields, pavilion with grills, restroom and playground.

Greensfelder Park

Greensfelder features lovely shaded trails, spectacular views, horse boarding, equestrian and group camping, hayrides, a nature learning center, picnic sites and shelters, and playgrounds.

Queeny Park

The Greensfelder Recreation Complex, which holds an outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool, an indoor skating rink, tennis courts, and a creative playground, can be found at Queeny. This park also maintains playgrounds, walking trails, horse trails, picnic sites, tennis courts, hayrides, and fishing areas.

West Tyson

West Tyson is a heavily wooded county park with picnic grounds, shelters, lodges, hiking, horseback trails, biking trails, and is open to camping. A portion of the trails follow the Meramec River and one can even walk through West Tysonís ďprairie,Ē a plot of land thatís been cultivated to show Missouriís land before settlers ever set foot upon it.
