You must submit an application for each booth you plan to purchase. A deposit of $50.00 is required when you submit your booth application. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance will be due on August 1, 2002. Checks should be made payable to "EUREKA DAYS" and mailed to Will Boyle at PO Box 125, Eureka, MO 63025-0125. All booths must pass a fire inspection before they are allowed to be opened to the public. All contents must be within the booth and your set-up completed by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6th, at which time the inspections will begin. No one will be allowed to set-up before this date.
You must provide your own tables, chairs, lighting, and equipment. Please remember that you will only be supplied with a maximum of 1800 watts of electricity, so please plan accordingly in terms of lighting and equipment. You are also required to supply your own extension cord (minimum of 100 feet is recommended) and an A.B.C. approved fire extinguisher.
The following items are not allowed to be sold: Fireworks, Guns, Knives, Whips, Pornographic material, Sling Shots, Projectiles, or Silly String.
The Eureka Days committee reserves the right to approve or refuse all other items available for distribution and placement of booths.
Craft booths must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, equipment, etc. If a craft vendor desires electrical service with a maximum of 1800 watts, there will be an additional $50.00 fee assessed.
