The Chamber’s February Report to the General Membership Meeting consisted of a 2005 goals report by each committee of the Board.  This year’s goals are especially significant as they are directly tied to the momentum of the past couple of years of work and to the 2005 budget planning process.  The active participation of volunteers to serve on these committees has grown and the commitment level of the chairpersons of each of the committees is significant.

Reporting at the meeting were:

Leilanai Archambault for Membership, Carlos Arnavat for the Website, Mike Klenke for the Media Committee, Kelley Riehlman for Eureka Days, Judy Brown for Tourism, Sean Flower for Golf Tournament, Tim Jones for the City,  Mike Wiegand for the Executive Committee and Governmental Affairs, Gary O’Grady for the Executive Director, and Wallis Warren for General Membership Meetings.  Jan Long, Chamber Ambassador, gave an update for the Eureka Historical Society.

Leilanai Archambault, Membership Chairperson

Dr. Patrick Feder, President

Kelley Riehlman, Membership Chairperson

Sean Flower, Golf Committee

Tim Jones, Governmental Affairs

Mike Wiegand, Executive Committee

Gary O'Grady, Director of Business Dev.

Wallis Warren, Membership Meetings

The predominate themes of most committee reports included a request for input from the membership for suggestions toward improvement and for more volunteers for specific tasks.  To receive a copy of the 2005 goals visit the Chamber Office (or go to the website).  To make suggestions or to volunteer, contact a member of the Board of Directors (or submit your suggestions or volunteer on line).
